The University’s brand is grounded in the unique gifts and commitment of a Christ-centred, student-focused, and globally engaged university. We all play a vital and central role in safeguarding the brand and work to ensure where our community members encounter the TWU brand, they are left with a positive experience that reflects our vision: Every graduate is equipped to think truthfully, act justly, and live faithfully for the good of the world and the glory of God.

The University owns several brand assets, including registered trademarks, common law marks, and University marks. A non-exhaustive list of the University’s brand assets can be found in the Trademark Notice using the link provided below.

Only authorized uses of the University’s brand assets are permitted. In this regard, only officially recognized faculties, departments, groups, and individuals of the University are permitted to use the University’s brand assets and only after approval has been received from the University. Authorized uses must comply with the Use Guidelines, which can be found using the link provided above.

The absence of a trademark (name, logo, etc.) from this list does not constitute a waiver of any intellectual property rights that the University has established in any of its trademarks.
