Dear Friends,

As one friend once told me – “You have the best job in BC!” I agree. It is a great blessing to serve TWU, the Christian Community, BC and Canada as the President of this remarkable University. Now, it is time to pass the baton to another and to devote time and attention to hopefully the full recovery of health and to the pursuit of other forms of ministry and mission.

I am moving on. As of July 1, 2013, my days of serving as President of TWU will end. In my 38+ years in higher education, I cannot remember a more wonderful and blessed seven years than these past seven spent in the company of a very special community pursuing a glorious, noble mission. It is because the essence of the University truly is Jesus Christ that my period of service as President has been so personally satisfying.

Thank you for your support, and patience. My wife Irene and I are better people for your kindness.

Warmest regards and every blessing in Jesus’ name,

JONATHAN S. RAYMOND, Ph.D.
President and Professor | Acting Chancellor
