If there is one thing that I don't get tired of during my stay in Ottawa, it will be walking past Parliament Hill to and from my internship in an M.P.'s office.  It's stunning every time.  That and the person frokmPETA dressed up as a seal in front of the  Vancouver/Whistler 2010 Olympic countdown clock.  

The Booth mansion is gorgeous.  It's a pleasure to live here!  I didn't think that I would get used to living in the city, but judging from my second week, I think I'll be fine.  I confess that I do miss the ocean, especially after seeing various paintings of the ocean at the National Art Gallery last night.  Oh, White Rock.  

Despite various "shoulda, woulda, coulda"s regarding my internship placement, I'm determined to make this a great semester.  I don't think it'll be too difficult. :D
