Christy Taylor is in her fourth year with the Spartans women’s soccer team as an assistant coach. Taylor played with the Spartans from 1999 to 2001 and was one of the top goalkeepers the program has ever seen. She helped lead the Spartans to a Canada West silver medal in their inaugural CIS season.
Since graduating with a Human Kinetics degree from TWU, she continued her career as a goalkeeper with stints within the Vancouver Whitecaps organization as well as some of the top women’s metro teams in Vancouver. She currently is on staff with Athletes in Action and has had the privilege of working with athletes of all levels while on campus, coaching club teams and touring around the world sharing her faith using the platform of sport.
