"I truly appreciated the combined practical and theoretical nature of the MAL program. Most of what I thought and wrote about during my courses related directly to the issues that I was encountering as a principal. The power of being able to work through those ideas with likeminded leaders was invaluable and incredibly invigorating. The summer sessions on campus were both intense and exhilarating. I forged some extremely strong bonds with fellow students. I have recently gone on to lead some "future leader" seminars in our school district and have relied heavily on my MAL experience and its invaluable materials as I mentor some of these new administrators.”
