Trinity Western’s tuition rates are the same whether you are a local or international student. To see current tuition rates for your program of interest see: http://www.twu.ca/services/enrolment/financial-information/graduate-studies-tuition-and-fees/tuition-fees.html
BC Medical Fees
All non-Canadian students who will reside in British Columbia during the academic year are required to enroll in the BC Medical Services Plan. For more information about the BC Medical Plan please see: http://www.twu.ca/life/wellness/health/insurance.html
Financial Aid
International students are eligible for TWU scholarships and financial aid. Once you have filled out your application for admission you may apply for TWU financial aid at www.twu.ca/awards (click on the “Apply for Financial Aid” button).
If you have applied to the MA in Linguistics program, financial aid is available to you through the Canada Institute of Linguistics. You will be contacted by the program with information on how to apply for funding.
At this time we do not offer any scholarships or financial awards that would cover the entire cost of tuition.
Student Visas
Canadian immigration authorities will only grant student visas to students who are accepted into a graduate program. Upon acceptance to a TWU graduate program we will send you an official acceptance letter as well as a form that outlines your study period and the cost of your program. You will need both of these documents to obtain a student visa. It is also likely that you will be required to provide evidence of sufficient funds to support yourself during your first year of study. For more information about obtaining a student visa see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/index.asp
