Lili Sha

Part-time Instructor of Leadership; Global Educational Facilitator

Prior to moving into Canada, Lili Sha had twenty-years of working experience in hospitality and the commercial real estate industry for Global Fortune 500 companies and international hotel chains. She has led hotel pre-opening teams of international hotel management groups to prepare and operate several skyscrapers and landmark hotel projects in China.

As an experienced hotelier and a potential educator, Lili is passionate about communicating with people from different backgrounds/regions and enjoy the cross-cultural interaction. The values that will guide her work with students will together help to achieve a common goal through collaboration, creativity, respect and equality. Lili’s academic attributes could offer the theoretical basis to consolidate students' knowledge of leadership and her previous business experiences could be transferred as the primary resource to students to understand the leadership application in real life.
