Well-Being Coaching

Meet and consult with one of our Well-Being Ambassadors. We are here to support you!

This FREE program is meant to assist those wanting to improve themselves in the areas of Sleep, Nutrition, Physical Activity, Psycho/Social, Giving/Serving, and Contemplative/Spiritual. Think of this journey as personal training for the whole person.

We offer many benefits in the program from free SWAG, to free personal training or group training, plus great coaching on ways to thrive every day. Whether you would like to work on one of the six areas of focus or all six we are happy to meet with you and discuss. Book your free consult today!

On Wednesdays at 1:30 - 2:15 p.m. our Well-being Ambassadors host a social. Join us as we chat, play games, and hangout!

Gym Orientations

Looking for some support, direction, or just need friendly advice to help alleviate the anxiety of stepping into a gym? Let’s get you connected with a Student Trainer!

Our Student Trainers are HKIN students who are building their experience with clients in a gym setting. Gym Orientations will include a tour, assistance with how to use equipment, and brief assessment to get you started. The orientation will last 20 minutes, and you can book them!

When it comes to eating well it can be a challenge. Knowing where to start or how to improve is often overwhelming for people. Let us help you become more knowledgeable, more informed, empowered to make improved choices in your eating habits, cooking styles, or eating out options.
