MA in Leadership: Health Specialization

In a health care setting, competent leadership can mean the difference between life and death. Students of the Master of Arts in Leadership for health will examine the role of effective leaders in the health care system and how that influence can have a positive impact on people’s health. The program is designed for current middle managers and emerging leaders in health systems and organizations, as well as health professionals who are seeking greater leadership responsibilities in their clinical practices.

Combining online learning year-round and classroom modules in the summer, Trinity Western’s MA Lead program offers top-level leadership training in a dynamic and innovative format. Multiple options are offered to suit your individual needs. Complete this 36-credit program in 26 months through our part-time option, or finish in 13 months with our full-time option. A 24-month graduate certificate option (18 credits) is also offered to students whose time and finances are at a premium, but could be interested in eventually laddering their certificate into a full degree.
