MA in Leadership: Customization


Combining online learning year-round and classroom modules in the summer, Trinity Western’s MA Lead program offers top-level leadership training in a dynamic and innovative format. Multiple options are offered to suit your individual needs. Complete this 36-credit program in 26 months through our part-time option, or finish in 13 months with our full-time option. A 24-month graduate certificate option (18 credits) is also offered to students whose time and finances are at a premium, but could be interested in eventually laddering their certificate into a full degree.

The Customization option allows an individual learner to tailor their degree by choosing five elective courses from the following four specializations:

  • Healthcare
  • Non-Profit

Part–time study commences July or August.

Learners are working professionals who are willing to spend dedicated time each week for 26-36 months to earn an MA or MAEL degree to complete 36 credits.

  • 2 Summers on campus taking 2 courses each summer = 4 courses
  • 6 courses online for 10 weeks each = 6 courses
  • 1 compacted online course for 4 weeks at end for Y2 = 1 course
  • 1 capstone course – LDRS 696 : Leadership Integration Project
