MA in Leadership: Christian Ministry Specialization
In Trinity Western’s Master of Arts in Leadership for Christian Ministry, students examine biblical models of leadership and discover how leadership skills can help pastors, missions executives, para-church directors, and others succeed in their roles. You’ll learn about the theology of leadership, mentoring emerging leaders, and nurturing the spiritual life of a leader. By integrating these critical aspects of leadership, you will gain a balanced perspective on leadership and an understanding of the need for spiritual formation as a lifestyle.
Combining online learning year-round and classroom modules in the summer, Trinity Western’s MA Lead program offers top-level leadership training in a dynamic and innovative format. Multiple options are offered to suit your individual needs. Complete this 36-credit program in 26 months through our part-time option, or finish in 13 months with our full-time option. A 24-month graduate certificate option (18 credits) is also offered to students whose time and finances are at a premium, but could be interested in eventually laddering their certificate into a full degree.
